Weakness foods/drinks.

What foods and/or drinks are you having/would you have a hard time having to give up?

Mine is definitely just coffee. I have been drinking tea instead lately at work, but man..

That reminds me that I love sandwiches. I could eat sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I will have to look that up.

You really should try out white tea if you haven't already. Apparently it's even better for you than green tea and it takes amazing too. It's usually what I drink every morning.

biscuits, bread anything of the sort. I'm trying to give up meat or mostly the quality that I consume and that's been working, but I don't think I'll ever be able to give up carbs.

i have a bit of a sweet tooth, especially when it's that time of the month (which it is) and gosh it's so hard to not eat cookies when they are around. it's not even that i have so many, but the calories add up.

Pizza. Cheese in general. Sushi, the most.

Pizza is actually what made me fat. My second job is at a pizza place and that usually used to be my dinner for at least 3 nights a week. Ever since I started eating healthier, I have not eaten there once.

coffee is my thing too. I try to be good at put skim milk in it, but it tastes awful that way. I don't NEED it to be cream at all, regular milk is fine. Just not skim.

Dude, skim milk tastes like water almost. I wouldn't even consider it milk.

Seriously! and it makes me kind of nervous that it's kind of bluish/clear. Not delicious. I never drink milk on its own, only in my coffee, so I guess it's not THAT bad to go for 2%/whole.

This is my milk of choice. It's organic and much, much better than any other milk I have ever tasted. I highly recommend it. While it's whole milk and kind of fattening, it's still really good for you in moderation.

Alcoholic beverages and coffee. I'm a slave to the machine :(
